I had to bring my computer to apple today, because the one of the USB slots shit out, so they took it to replace the logic board. I prob won't get the thing back till Friday/Saturday, shit sucks.

I can swap out a laptop motherboard in just about any PC based system in a bout 10-15 minutes, and most of those can get a new board to me in 24 hours or less.

My cousin has 2 12 Rockfords with a Prime amp. What would be the best way to go about tuning it? I pushed the switch to LP. Changed the hz to about 100 an set the gain to 4ish. Did I do good?

best way? with an o-scope. lazy cheap way...with a DMM.

O scopes are rad, my dad showed me how to use one when I was like 10, super useful if you know how to use it, and in the right situations.

one of my installers told a customer once "that sounds is your system clipping. its like, when the waves are squared off instead of rounded. if I had an oscope, this would make more sense"

Thats what I was doing I wasnt sure if there was a method or not. Put on some mercy and bumped away
