15" wheels, stretched tire and 3.5 drop would put you pretty low. just going with a lower series sidewall will give you like an extra inch depending on how small and stretched. also paint your skirts and get itr front and rear lips

I'm going to get a 40 series tire next time and getting ITR lips, and getting the skirts painted soon. So we shall see.
