Gotcha. Couple times I used the stock scissor jack, so sketchy haha.

In the rears I only had the springs, I took the perches out.

I just drop unbolt the strut and pull out the adjuster and adjust like that. I haven't changed my height since mid July though. Mount the adjuster on top as well, it will save your many headaches to come.

Exactly what I used to do. It's so easy on the rear of E46s, not worth it to hassle with it still in there lol.
