Never finished the old one the way I wanted. I have a complete built motor and 95% complete parts car.

I did but only the coils, brakes, misc electrical, and other small parts. For the most part it is complete on jack stands

Sold the blue Prelude last spring, still regret it. But, it did pay for my M3 and then some, so it's all good I guess.
Can't run Hondata on an OBDII car in NYS, I need to keep my OBD system in tact otherwise I can't pass inspection. E-Manage is the best (and only) workaround besides the half-assed VAFC tune I have now.

I can, but that's besides the point. I don't want to spend another $80 on caps, and then another $80 on top of that for the red BBS caps. If I'm spending (well, you know the price) they better come complete. I offered him $400 for the wheels as-is, he declined.
