Just built, hardwood floors, full basement, 3 bedroom, pretty good price. No garage, but there is plenty of room to build one down the road.

I'm getting to the point in my life I need to start making some moves. I've got a really good career ahead of me with this phone company thing so its time for the next step. The house is really feasible if I can get 2 roommates until a few years down the road when my salary doubles.

This. When it comes time for me to really start home shopping. A garage is a must. Not having a garage now sucks balls.
