Used to be over 220 and I've put on quite a bit of muscle.
Start a nice steady regime at the gym Kyle and since you're trying to gain weight get some good protein shakes ans make sure you eat a lot of food. Not junk food either. lol
I go to the gym 5 times a week. Mon, Weds, and Fri are lifting days and I spend 25 minutes on the treadmill after I lift. Tues and Thurs are purely cardio days and I do an Elliptical and the Treadmill. If you're trying to gain weight you wont have to do as much cardio but I'm just sayin.

Yeah, I work out a lot at my house but go to the gym 2 maybe 3 times a week. Usually a protein shake in the morning and then another at night. Usually eat (2) 1/2lb burgers at work and then something like an Italian beef or burrito before dinner.Originally posted by andybob View PostYou can have it. lol

I've always had a very difficult time putting on any weight.
