You see a lot of 28's, at least by me, in places where skinny hipsters shop. The Gap, J.Crew, H&M, they almost always have 28s in stock.

That's really more corporate; I'm unsure of smaller boutique places in the city and whatnot.

Ok seriously, how can my car not have spark when i try to start it via the starter when hot, but if i roll start it, it fires up flawlessly. WTF?
Noone seems to have any clue why this would happen.
I'm really not trying to have to flinstone my car around H20 if i shut it off and want to start it up within 3 hours.
