About every 5-10k miles flipped. Depending on tire brand and model.

What happened to bolts/socket that it wont fit anymore?
Mine are easy 1/2" nuts and bolts can be held by hand.

what size is it suppose to be and what size socket are you using now?
Usually in cases like this alternating from metric to standard or vise versa helps.
