6500OBO for a unmodded 01 sedan w/80k miles is pretty good.
He could probably get 5-6k on a trade in for it, a stealership would sell if for at least 8k.

Are sedans more valuable? I went and helped my buddy grab a coupe with ~60k miles, stock besides a Mugen exhaust for $3500 I believe...
