Personally, yeah, my Civic hasn't had a single mod done to it (unless you count Mother Nature's gusts removing my crappy window visors on the highway at 90 mph), but I'm also still $60k in debt (75% of that is my student loan) and don't own credit cards (because more debt now seems awfully short-sighted of me if I want things like a mortgage and a nicer car down the road). Yet I still eat, sleep and breathe cars; my position is a bit different, but not everybody has weekly money to throw at a car. We're all in different financial positions.

My first set of coils was racelands. I got bashed for it alot. I didn't give a damn... i was 17 with, at the time, a part time job that consisted of 4 hours a week and minimum wage of 7.45. That didn't stop me from doing what i could when i could to my car. Some people are better off then others and they have no right to bash, discredit, or put down someone who is doing what they can for what they enjoy.

It took me 2 years to get my car like this.

I sold a lot of stuff (radar detector, system, etc.) while I was in college to buy my coilovers. Then it was just a while to save up for my wheels. I had the money a couple of times but didn't pull the trigger until I had enough money for wheels, tires, and anything else I might need.

It sucks having to wait to long and save but in the end its so gratifying when you see it all come together.

Kinda long I guess. Growing mine out to rock some nice flow. Its getting there, just need another inch and a half or so all around. The back is already curly as I have curly/wavy hair.

Over the weekend I was in the water a lot so when I got out I slicked it back and I'll def be able to rock the look, I was just looking to see if anyone around here does.

I have a natural fauxhawk that is now a mohawk. I've always tried to grow my hair out but it becomes fluffy and strange, can't really do much with it since it's so thick.

It'll probably be another 2 months before I can start rocking it the way I want to. I've been growing my hair out since December but I had to get a few hair cuts here and there for interviews and shit like that. I got it trimmed up a couple weeks ago for a wedding but now I'm just going to go all out and grow it out.

I need to get a hat and wear it occasionally with my hair pushed back so it will get the natural flow back. It all sounds kinda dumb but it can look pretty awesome when done right. I've never had long hair before so its kinda fun to grow out.
