Holy fuck. Some people try WAY too hard to get the same look as Mike, that's exactly what he was going for I'm sure. Over use of gradients, shooting into the sun, etc. People need to realize that you can't just shoot into the sun, that's not how that works.

I mean I do it, I won't lie, but I also think I have a pretty good grasp of how to do it, and how to get the look I want, there are so many factors that play into it.. You can't just do it...

I never take pictures at shows. Unless I owned a Nikon or something, or even had a good grasp at taking decent photos.

Mmm, I never shoot direct sun, I use it to enhance perhaps every now and then, but agreed at a 1.4 with a Filter even.

1.4 is as smaller depth of field I have through my lense range, couldn't justify the 1.2 50mm when I was buying. Shits Cray.
