I'll read it in a minute lol, but a close friend of mine has one of those, that same model GT with that factory body kit.

They are slow as fuck, but they handle very well. My friend used to have vertical doors on it.

But I do like his Tanabe exhaust on it as it's super quiet.

Haha, I know doesn't look very great nowadays cos of how fads have turned, and also you don't see these cars over there with this kit as much probably.

But with me having a friend that has had his car since 2003 and was getting all the looks back then in school etc, I've become accustomed to his car quiet well. To see the silver one posted in here looks pretty good and SHITS on my friends Celica lol.

The fact that he hasn't changed any mods for quite a long time now, such as a CF Evo style hood with a huge Subie scoop, weak 5zigen 18" Hyper 5ZR's and black euro taillights, all while being on just lowering springs, he has given up in the car modding scene and is ready for just a clean & fast DD to keep stock or minimal/minor mods.

never really liked body kits

i would remove the ugly fins on the side

and change the front bump to something much cleaner

have always been into clean cars

and tief und breit

i remember when i saw my first matte car (back in the early 2000's, found it hellaugly haha)

Me neither. Either stock, foreign body pieces, front lips, or lip kits. Oh, aero parts FTW!!!

tho i changed from cl lip to vr6 lip on the mk3, also had some sideskirts that were aftermarket
but added to the clean look

and my mk2 added full gti trim (big bumps, arches, side trim)

but still clean (tho painted my lights black ahaha) we were young

too bad i don't have any pics left of taht car

dude that sold it to me said it was stock, simple 90bhp 1.8 engine

but i could keep up with gti's??

engine was prepped i'm sure, and my garage told me that there had been fitted a gti tranny
