There's usually a lot of characters that work in restaurants though, which can make up for the shitty work. I worked in a retirement home kitchen (set up like a restaurant for dining) and still managed to get a kick out of it every once in awhile.

Yeah, don't get me wrong, I had some good times.

I remember on Sunday's my boss would leave and it would just be about 8-10 of us working through the afternoon. Most of us were young and my brother was the dishwasher guy for a little while. Every Sunday him and I would go all out and slap box the fucking shit outta each other in the kitchen while the cooks/who ever else wanted to watch. lol

It was pretty fun. Of course when the bosses were gone, we always had fun. I had to tread lightly though, I was my boss' wingman and I was responsible for a lot of shit.
