She's home and recovering, she hasn't pee'd at all today though, which is concerning because she did have a punctured bladder which they said they patched up. I mean she pee'd yesterday, so maybe she's just dehydrated and needs to keep drinking water before she pees. If she doesn't pee tonight, she'll be going back to the vet.

Fixed it, just hadn't pressed the connector down all the way. Phew. It all works again!
