      rode 22.5 miles today.
      and the reason my headset is fucked up is because it isn't even the right size. i need an inch threaded headset and that shit is way bigger.
      oh and i got a new seat, check it:



      toe straps or toe clips and new pedals next.

                Ok so running just about 3 miles under 20 minutes is something you should be able to do...
                Unless its an indoor track in which case thats just a mile so, if you fucked that up you should be shot.
