Because In Hawaii you need to pass safety inspection and he cant. They keep finding new shit that they wont pass him on. few days ago they told him that they wont pass him because of NON OEM fenders. He is in military and you cant have non registered nor non-ap car on base and storage is super expensive. So it has to go ASAP.

At first it was suspension, then wheels, headlights, engine, fenders, not working reverse lights. He fixes and changes back to stock everything they tell him. Just to go back there and hear that now something else is wrong with the car that they forgot to tell him about.

Thank you for reminding me why I don't want to live there. A guy I know lives on the island, he basically drives a stock Prelude with a 1" drop because that's all he can get away with. Shit sucks.
