I have a fixed gear bike, and a bmx bike, and have been riding bikes for longer than I can remember, It just pisses me off when kids get a fixed gear bike and take the brakes off but can't actually ride a bike at all, it takes some bike control to actually be able to safely ride a fixed gear bike with no brakes, bike control that the average art student from risd does not have, and I just thnk its stupid to do tricks on a track bike, you have to be going like 2 miles per hour to do them, and it just doesn't look fun at all

i bought a fixie with a front brake just so i can get used to riding it and then i'll eventually take it off. if you buy it with no brake straight up...good luck. hahah.
