Not sure whether to go down the sport bumper route? But coilovers then wheels. 17'' too small for an 39? just that theres alot more choice split rim wise in 17'' then 18'' over here.

17's would be fine, IMO.
I need to buy a new set of wheels for the e46. I keep going back and forth... but I'll probably just end up getting new wheels and running my coilovers again.
