LOL its the inner clearance I'm concerned about.
I put the 16x7.5 et30 and it had like 2/3 of an inch clearance from my suspension.
Also it would end up being 16x11 et 24 (with 7" barrel and 3.5" lips) or 16x10 et 0. (with 5.5" barrel and 4" lips).

2/3 of a " is cool, all you need is 3-4 mm to acct for camber on compression. Try and mock em up with the 7's you never know.

If the lip stays the same it shouldn't poke less, you'll only have a wider barrel so your offset goes up, but your face doesn't move nor does the lip. Unless I read something wrong.
