I had all lugs come off once. Left my house after working on my suspension, realized my front left wheel was loose 2 blocks later, pulled over and no lugs were there, so I backtracked and a half block behind were all 5. If you were walking from half a block away, you could find my car by following the lugs

Nicely done, i drove my car from tuesday to thursday with that noise coming.. just happy that it didn't come off..

One other time, there was about a week that I noticed my calipers would grip the discs, making them straight when braking. I could feel it in the brake pedal. Then one day when I needed to take some people to the airport, I finally checked it out and of course the lugs were loose besides 2. It could've been catastrophic if I just took off to the airport 40 minutes away...

After your self going some work on brakes? last time someone tampered with my drive shaft was like 6months back when they replaced my flywheel & clutch @ shop.

Not even close lol. Just happen to not double check on the lug nuts at that time, again.
