Dumb question, if i change the inner barrel it doesnt effect offset right? only the outer lips change offset iirc.

I'm not a 100% sure, but I would think that would change the offset. If you left the lips the same and made the barrels bigger the offset would be higher an the wheels would be wider. If you made the barrels smaller the wheels would be narrower and the offset would be less.

I don't know if I'm right, that's just my logical thinking.

Ok so i take a 16x7.5 +33 and replace the inner to make it 16x9 so offset should be +51 right?

nope et is the distance between the center of the wheel and the mounting point. a change to either will change your et. Increasing inner barrel size would increase your et. increasing your outer lip size will decrease your et

eh so if I take these 7.5" + 30 (Not 33 like I thought) and I want to make them 9" and 10" then I need 4" and 5" lips, right?
