lol get that APR Stage 3 kit on your GTI and test again.. then its "fairly quick"... and thats around 280kW(380hp) but thats slow..

Just go with APR and you will get alot out of that car.. that turbolag is normal.. if you look dynocharts off APR Stage 3 vs stock:

Its kinda stockish on lowrevs but highrevs alot more..
