Nah, I had those patches for quite some time. Finally got around to buying the Dickie's shirts and Steph was kind enough to sew them on.



Anytime. Be aware the crimp tool needs to be borrowed from an aircraft mechanic or purchased (take out a mortgage).



DIY coilover would work. But if you're doing a new threaded insert, you have to cut the old strut tube out of the stub axle and then weld in a new one. I thought your coilovers were fully threaded struts? not inserts and sleeves.

We have access to both types, just depends what the market calls for. If I did use a fully threaded body it would require cutting the whole tube and re welding it or do a core charge of sorts and do the welding in house. I can do it, but cost is a big issue on these older cars, I wanted to keep it reasonably priced like at around what GAZ charges.


Also Eric, I have a dmc crimper that you can use. It isn't top shelf shit but it worked wonders for me
