tthis guy just called me up, hes a tech at a shop. hes trying to fit a GHL r32 style exhaust on a GTI. and he was bitching that the exhaust didnt come with a reducer. i was like "dude seriously?". he got an attitude with me lol. i tell him "if youre qualified to do the job, you should be able to figure it out. measure the pipe and fucking weld one up. thats what i would do" hes like "I have to measure..." then i cut him off and told him "youre modifying a car, when is it ever a cut and dry straight forward operation" then he hung up on me

When I was working at a honda wreckers down here, every day they'd get calls from workshops that didng know how to fit stock parts let alone modified.. As if you would ever want to bring your car to a shop that doesnt know shit.

unlike other store we dont really take it. we're car guys and we talk like it. we give people shit and bs on the phone. we also arent afraid to tell you that you are wrong
