customer - i want to buy a harness that will plug directly from my car into my new radio
me - nothing like that exists. but I'll to the entire install for $60 plus the vehicle harness you need
customer - well, i already have he radio out.
me - ok ill wire up the harness for $20 plus the price of the harness. $40 total
customer - deal

Yesterday -

customer - my FM radio doesnt work
me - that sucks. I cant fix it for $60
customer - but yesterday you said you would do the whole install for that. why not apply the $20 towards this
me - this is a separate job unrelated to the harness I wired. doesnt work that way
customer - give me a deal
me - thats why you should have paid a professional to do it in the first place
customer - so it costs me more cuase I tried to do it myself first?
me - it sure does
customer - that seems a little ridiculous
