lol in general, im always on edge.


but this is the first time Ive worked in a corporate environment in many years. the micromanaging and bs policies are whack. Ive been installing for 15 years, and they keep telling me that I need to change how I do things becasue it isnt "the company way". which wouldnt be that bad. but instead of making $5000 a month plus $1000 in bonus like i was told i would, im pretty much making $13/hr plus $200 in bonus. They neglected to tell me that this is a failing shop that they are trying to rebuild. and the numbers I was told, would be accurate once the shop is where they want it to be. So I was bullshitted pretty fucking hard. Its a very frustrating situation

I did $6300 in labor, which means I made $2300 in january. That works out to less than $15/hr
