It's up there, I just looked and its #5 for one studies "unhappy" whcih is a mix of stuff like dperession, suicide etc. To be honest, i would've thought it would be higher.

for the most part it is. but there used to be a lot of industry in the area. so when that all turned to shit, the whites just abandoned it all.
