Lol seagate used to be good for a while. I've never had a hitachi or WD drive fail on me though.

i think its time, i wish i could use linux but i need windows for software support.

WD is the only way to go. Speaking of HDs I need to get a 1TB for a media drive. My 500GB is almost full. Maybe I will do a 1TB and a 64GB SSD for the OS.

How is your Windows fucking up? I'm a Windows guy, so I know a decent amount about the OS.

Properly fitted seat will definitely make it a lot easier to drive. You dont have to spread your knees and hold on to the strearing wheel to prevent yourself from sliding. Insted now driver can consentrate more on actuall foot work and have a lot better steering control.

Of course it will make it easier to drive, without a doubt. But, let's face it- I drive my car 95% of the time with the OEM seatbelts on the street. For the other 5%, going >60mph in a parking lot dodging cones, it's hard to justify spending $600 on a seat so I "don't move around too much" for autocross. Put it in 2nd gear, prop yourself with your left foot on the deadpedal, and hold the fuck on.

That said, I've been eying a set of Corbeau seats for a little while now. It's hard to find something that sits lower than the stock seats though, my head is less than 1" from the roof and my helmet is already about pinned come raceday.

Thanks guys. Like I said, I may complain and make fun of my car a lot but it really isn't that bad. A little bit of time and money could make it something really special. It cleans up nicely, it just needs less racing stripe and more low and wide.



I never post pics of it because it's nothing special really.

it says its missing random directory files then takes years to load in safe mode

from prior instances, i have 24 hours before the HD shits itself.

im thinking its a hardware issue cause 4 hd's is alot

I can assist as well, just cause I have a Mac, doesn't mean I don't know how to use Windows. Fixed that shit for a job for 2 summers, and did shit all the time on the side.

Lol Linux has so many distros Ubuntu is the most common for home use, I would never use it though, apart for fucking around. Too much liability on open source stuff.

I'm actually thinking about picking up another one. 6 pt cage will definitely happen next time along with the Recaro seats I didn't get around to putting in... Definitely miss that car.
