      I know. I ate well. Lots of chicken, brown rice and veggies. I would eat a homecooked burger once a week, stay away from fast food, and rarely eat pizza.

      I'm down enough weight now all I really need to do is keep watching what I eat and hit the gym a few times a week.

            I work as a barmaid in a particularly unbusy pub, and the back and forth along the bar cleaning has worked wonders on my leg wobble, and they get lots of workout when I'm driving too - old clutches and brakes aren't exactly powered by the mechanisms! Its just this bloody muffin top now. :shakefist

                      Chicken and brown rice is the way to go...a lot of protein and energy. You should stay away from any other grains though if you're trying to lose a lot of weight though, but you seem to know what you're doing already.

                          The energy comes from the complex carbs in the rice, try to eat bread if you're overweight due to the fact they are simple carbs and can be broken down easier

                            Good riddance. Most disorganized shit I've ever had to deal with. Made me realize how much I **** normal work hours too, put me in a kitchen 4-11pm any day.

                            Financial aid drops in a week. I'm glad they pay me to go to school.

                              Don't forget huge amounts of egg whites.

                              I fucking love egg whites. Not even seasoned or anything. Dozen egg whites, scrambled up with some wheat toast is amazing.
