Plus I would imagine with shot penned your kinda stuck with that finished since its pits the aluminum. I'm sure you could smooth it back out, but with a lot of sanding.Originally posted by Kielan View PostShot peened centers on LM5s don't look right IMO.
White on white would be pretty damn Ross.Originally posted by Haole View PostI was either thinking full polished or white centers, always wanted to go white on white.

I'm the most racist motherfucker you will talk to on here.Originally posted by Haole View PostFurthest thing from racist and even further from gay.
Yes.
I'm telling you this from one man to another, if I see another Evo with the same fucking spec CCWs, I will personally fly out to you, and burn your fucking car to the ground.- Kielan (Key-lin)

Most likely. That's where FMU will come in, roll and pull if needed and as long as they'll have it....some paintwork.Originally posted by andybob View PostGonna need some fenderwork to fit 10's?

Probably. I know one of the Evo's on the LM20 ran this spec, another Evo ran 10.5's (can't remember offsets). This was just what the CCW rep recommended to me for best/easiest fitment, no issues.Originally posted by Kielan View PostSounds familiar.

If I do get wheels I plan to do some fender and quarter work. I'm also going to look into some paint work.
I work at a mechanic/auto body shop so I am going to see if I can just pay for supplies and do all the work myself. I want to pretty much paint everything but the roof, trunk, and rear bumper.

Yea I went to school for mechanic/fabrication, but have since landed a job in another field. I'd do everything myself but I don't trust me to do that to my car and I don't have the time to do it. I'm looking to re-spray the entire car as long as it doesn't cost me an arm and a leg, FMU is pretty nice to me though, things should work out.Originally posted by andybob View PostNice.

Nice.
I'd love to get into fabrication and welding, but there isn't a huge demand around here for it. My degree is in Auto Body, but once I got in the real world, I like doing mechanical work a lot better.
