It should also be able to read pdf files, stream videos, and install apps from whatever market your brand phone has to offer, or even 3rd party apps from the web...

You probably could put apps on yours, from what you're describing. It'd be 3rd party apps but functional.

I rocked my Windows Mobile 6.5 for so long, it was ridiculous. But I have to say, it got whatever I needed done. The best thing on it was its task manager, but just didn't have games, a huge app market, had a shitty camera, and just a certain other minor things that set it back in technology these days.
