Well, I'm not stuck at the airport, but I have three jobs, am a full time student and I'm broke as a joke. I go to a private college where everyone around me is rich as fuck, and they show it off. I just spent most of my savings on repairing my car (new front bumper, driver door, driver side front suspension assembly had to be completely replaced, somehow I managed to bend my sub-frame, and now I need a new steering rack) The worst part is that all that damage was self inflicted because I was being stupid and pushing my car way over its limits. The insurance company told me that if they had known the extent of the damage initially then they would have totaled the car. It's a 2005 that I only bought a year ago...Live and learn...but that doesn't change the fact that the whole situation sucks.

Seriously pissed at my roommate right now.

We were planning on living off campus next year and had apartments lined up to view and everything this weekend. He was gonna be studying abroad first semester so I'd have the apartment to myself first semester and he'd have it second, since I'm gonna be studying abroad. On-campus housing is due tomorrow but I knew since we were living off campus we wouldn't have to complete it.

He tells me TONIGHT that he can't live off campus AND that he'll no longer be studying abroad.

So now I'm scrambling to get all this shit done so that I can at least have somewhere to live on campus. Godfuckingdamnit.

I just cannot get hold of a decent set of Performance Superlites (AKA Minilites)...
I've been searching for a decent set for almost a year now & I'm starting to get really pissed off...

A couple of days ago I found a guy who has a well-kept set just sitting in his garage but he won't sell them to me! I even offered him twice what he paid for them and they have bald tyres!

The only other set I've come by that I actually have a chance in hell to acquire are owned by an older woman who's had them on her Mk.1 Escort for 30+ years and are in terrible condition and she won't sell them to me either! The least she'll accept is a trade with my current Enzos wrapped in Toyo Proxes CF1 tyres!

I guess I'm gonna have to keep looking until I hopefully find someone who's not hell-bent on robbing me for them...

Dropped my Unibody MBP, got some nice scratches on it. Need to find some touch-up paint if any and buy a had case. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUH

My dumbass little brother dropped a Maglite flashlite on my uMBP like last week bent the case a little just the right of the keyboard, above the dvd drive. I had to bend it back some so I could make it less obvious and actually get disks in the drive... it now is just a little bent and not really noticeable unless you look for it, but I know its there and it pisses me off so damn much, not to mention the little scuff mark it left behind. (Thank god its a 13" so there is no speaker grill there...) SO ANNOYING.

Oh and a hard case isn't really gunna help that much in terms of drops... My friend dropped his closed uMBP with a hard case from like 3 feet up. It may have helped prevent the nice big ass bend in the corner of it by say .0001 inches. It currently cannot be closed, he is one lucky fuck he didn't destroy his logic board.. Or at least in his case.

I have a hard case I rarely use because it add about .5 lb to my computer, which may not sound like much but it is quite a noticeable difference when you pick it up. BUT it's really not that big a deal. I rarely use it though.

does anyone mind if this thread comes back? I kinda need a place to vent at the current moment:

yesterday, my stubby antenna gets stolen and I get a fresh new door ding. today, windshield cracks horribly ...so bad I had to get it replaced immediately.. went to a shop and they put this ugly windshield that is completely clear..so clear it looks like it belongs on a house not a car... except for a slight green hue to it.. there isnt even a sun strip or anything.. it looks HORRIBLE. the GLI came with a slight tint.. i have the stock tint.. but now the front windshield doesnt match at all and looks so stupid.. so i'm irritated as I'm driving home from the window repair shop and all the sudden i look up and there is this black glue that is thick and disguisting starting to drip from the top of the windshield and almost hits my dashboard...i had to drive 20 minutes back to the place so they could clean up the mess and hit it with a high power fan to dry the glue better.. That sucked. that glass repair place sucked. today sucked.

Also I previously had a small (maybe half inch) tear in the seam of my Recaro seat... well today out of no where I look over and it's turned into a 4 or 5 inch tear... so there is foam sticking out and everything... man... talk about a love **** relationship with my car... currently.. i'm very mad at her for causing me so much stress.

Gotta bitch about people. Not all of them but 95%+ of them. Everyone wonders why nobody has a clue and complains cause nobody communicates but they cant even do it and when someone makes an attempt to do so in the way they want meaning not a phone call, not in person, only through internet IM or text then blow them off. When shit goes down 4 types of communication are not enough for them to understand WTF? Gotta bitch about not finding a job. I guess i can step it up to over 5 places per day.... People are the road are idiot! I have been trying not to be an ass in traffic but now that im playing the passive roll people try to road rage and shit. I pitty the next one to start something on the road. People forget metal is hard and its all over my truck, Not sheetmetal but straight up tube work to prevent damage from rocks, rolling, and hard things that dont give. the little car they want to start shit in will not be enough to save the life of the person behind the wheel...dont underestimate the power of 120wall DOM and a 1/4inch boxed frame.

Last thing for the day.Why even bother setting something up with someone? Nobody shows up and have 100 excuses. I dont care about your hang nail, I moved shit around all week to meet you and drove 40 minutes because today was your only free day to meet up and take care of things and you cant even call a day in advance or when you planned whatever the fuck it is your doing?

I have had enough with it all..Focus on finding work and living life...starting a 1 strike rule with people so it just wont happen anymore.
