Protuninglabs beware

I saw that mommyslittlemonster posted on a bad transaction, figured I'd do the same. I ordered my headlights from protuninglabs and they printed a shipping label and shipping was paid, but after two weeks they still had not shipped. This happened TWICE. After a month of calling and emailing, I finally got a hold of them to get me my headlights. Second transaction, I ordered 40mm wheel studs. After a month and 5 days, I was yet to have them. After a week of calling and emailing, they got back to me and told me that the size had been discontinued. I was livid. So I decided since I already paid, I would just order a new set. I was told that they would be on express shipping. It took 2 weeks to get them and throught both ordeals, never did I receive one receipt, confirmation, shipping code, etc. not one email.



TL;DR this company is unreliable and I highly suggest you steer clear.

And When I first looked for reviews on it, I didn't come across so many bad ones. A lot of people claimed to be satisfied.

What makes you say that? Lots of good online shops have odd names. Rockauto, freakin amazing place to find OEM parts for cheap. Andysautosport has a huge collection of brands and products with excellent customer service. Car ID doesn't have as many as Andy's, but has great customer service.
