If anything, he should learn about the laws in regards to modifying a vehicle before making drastic changes. Any one can look at the car and see there's something not quite right about it, even I think its too far.

If a Highway Patrol cop down here saw your car it'd be a big yellow defect sticker, a fine from $200-$350, expenses to get your car roadworthy checked (another $50-$300 depending who does it.)

you forgot that you need to get a roadworthy check within 14 days otherwise they de-register your car and then you're up for getting a new asshole torn to pay for a registration renewal...

and these day almost any modification is deemed to be unroadworthy in Victoria, Australia... Heck you can even be booked for having your fog lights on... chap got booked in vic because he had daytime running lamps on an FT86 GTS, trouble is they don't turn off...
