OP, car looks stupid with that much camber out back and so little up front, If I were a Cop, Id fuck you too.

Not sure why you're so upset, as stated, here in aus, they would have made you tow the car home (theres atleast $100), make it 100% stock standars (stock wheels, tires, suspension etc), made you get a roadworthy certificate (roughly $150), and they would have fined you $352 for operating an unroadworthy vehicle.

Did I mention you wouldnt be allowed to drive the car until you cleared all that stuff?

Man the fuck up and quit being such a fucking bitch.

But we don't live in Australia, comparing the 2 situations doesn't make any sense.

I spend most of my time (8 months of the year in PA), and I've seen many many many ridiculous cars in the state that have never had an issue. If I were John I would be upset as well, but if the law exists then there is nothing he can really do about it, other than suck it up and pay the fine.

When my tire blew in PA, a State Trooper told me that my car was illegal in his state (due to ride height?) and that I should hurry along and fix my flat. I guess PA sucks that bad.

I asked my uncle about certain car laws when I see him as he is a cop right up the road. He as had no idea about most of that shit. He said as far as he knows there is no ride height law. Plus if you are in another state other than home state they can not fault you for inspection related issues.

I looked up the official inspection procedure for PA. I have another issue but here is what I found

(xx) A tire makes contact with the body or chassis

(ix) A tire’s tread extends beyond the outer edge of the wheel housing inclusive of fender flares

                            under section E partion 1

No it doesn't, you guys already know that you are breaking the law when you do it. John wasn't aware that there was such a law, mostly because it's rare to get pulled over for it.
