No, the server is here in the office, we are trying to connect from a computer in my house though.

1. What are you using for the FTP server OS?
2. What are you using to communicate to the internets from the FTP server? Are the ports open?
3. Can you ping the IP of the FTP server?
4. Im guessing you can connect to it while on the office network?
