Spent the night helping my brother re-assemble his Civic, I miss spinning wrenches on Hondas.

BMWs are weird, they even use bolts to hold wheels on, instead the much more convenient stud and nut combo.
All wheels always have different offset, except for German wheels.. their offset is always...

I must say though, pounding out lug studs so I could put in extended lug studs was a pain in the ass. With a german shitbox, all I would have needed to do was get extended lug bolts, but they probably are a million dollars and over engineered.

changing studs is a pretty easy job, there is a trick to doing it fast
but the only reason to run extended studs is when you are running a slip on spacer, which would be even worse on a bolt car, because you have to line up the spacer and the wheels while trying to balance them and thread a wheel bolt in the hole
