IIRC its a huge pain in the dick
Like custom mounts, exhaust manifold, driveshaft, and I think you have to cut either the firewall or transmission tunnel. Also I think the shifter placement is fucked.

Fuck that, its just a non turbo truck motor

Yeah ofc it will be a lot of work, but most engine swaps are not straight forward

Alot of them are these days what with bolt on mounts, prefabbed driveshafts, wire harnesses, etc.

And the oil pan\pickup from the ka24 truck motor DO NOT bolt onto the KA24 from the 240.
You have to fab those up.
