For $25k, you can't really buy anything brand new that's half exciting.

The 2.0t Gen coupe doesn't have that much more power at all though. The 3.8 coupe is a bit more than the gt86

But a 2.0T is a tune away from more power. An FRS/BRZ would require a pretty extensive list of parts to get any kind of reasonable gains from.

Yep. Like I said, it's not that I'm saying any of the 3 are bad cars. I just think price wise the Sciubaru is priced way too high for a 2 door NA RWD car. If it was at $20k it would be well worth it.

hmm skip the CLA, was browsing thru the options and quickly got the price up to 45K

Yeah, it wouldn't take much to get a 2.0t over te 300 hp mark. I think those motors are pretty bulletproof from the factory.

The 6-speeds on the other hand....I know they have had issues with those eating syncros.

The R-spec models do come with Brembo 4-pots up front and an LSD out back though.

i'm pretty sure c class here starts off like 10-15k more than the frs/brz.

The Tiburon (I think they are labeled Tuscans everywhere but the US) are indeed fwd. As far as I know, all Gen Coupe's are rwd

You'll fail emissions, JZ motors are OBD0-1 iirc
