Alright Rob,

Size: 706 sq ft
Rooms: 2 Living room/ Kitchen/ Bedroom (pretty much a Studio Apartment.)
Cost for setup without Power/water: 18K
My cost: 35K. I added all new appliances, heated tile, custom cabinets, new furnature, woodstove, better insulation,
Land cost: 5K (I paid off the GF's parents Mortage with my tax return for the land and a 1 bay shop.

I Loaded mine up from the factory and the yurt itself was 14k. You can forgo a couple addons and get the structure down to about 10K. You're responsable for the foundation and everything inside. You pretty much get a shell that you can customize. I got really lucky too because i didn't need a building permit in my county.

I dont mind the tofu in the miso. I dont like tofu outside of miso though. This stuff was $2 for a powder bag that made 3 cups. Sooo full
