When I was 23 I weighed 145.
But my max bench was 240.
Not a huge amount, but not bad for my weight and size.
I could also run 4 miles in 30 minutes or 1.5 miles in 9:30.

Fuck 240? Really? At 145 pounds.
Nice. I can only bench like 170.
I can run 1.5 in about 9 minutes also.
I was really bored after basic training and I wanted to continue working out.
We had to do 30 minutes of calisthenics followed by a 30 minute run 3 times a week.
I would go all out for that then I would hit up the gym 3-4 times a week for 2+ hours.
I also had access to an unlimited amount of healthy food for free (kinda).
Just requested you back homie. And you have 40 Days? *click*
That seems like a fricken legit workout.
Think I'll take the next couple days to read thorough all that and get back into the gym Monday to get to work. Thanks a bunch for posting that. I'm off to bed.
No problem man. I'm actually doing it right now and it's pretty good. I changed some of it to fit my needs better but overall it's fun and tough. I didn't follow his supplement regime or diet either.

Yeah. I probably wont do that either (I eat pretty decent as it is) and I can't really afford much else supplement wise right now (I have some ON Whey though).
I'll probably put a little spin on some of the workouts to hit the same group of muscles. I think the whole cardio acceleration thing will be the biggest benefit. If I can do the workouts in like an hour, then just run for like 20 minutes I would imagine in 6 weeks I can really make some pretty good changes.
