I looked at a really nice one today. It had been gutted all the way to the floor beams and completely redone. Windows, wiring, roof, pluming, everything.

Downside is it doesn't have a garage and the driveway is stone. My dad says he would help me figure out how to pay for building a garage and paving the driveway. Would be a pretty awesome setup.
