Was attempting to learn TIG welding today

I was using mild steel to learn on, need someone to tech me the proper way of doing it

I really wanna learn TIG too, there are tons of good instructional videos on youtube. I can MIG weld fairly well but apparently it's not even close to the same thing....

Idk the difference in the welding methods, but I remember a friend mentioned to me that if I needed something welded, that he had a welder and can do it for me. So that day came and I needed a secondary o2 bung welded shut on a header I had, I hit him up and head over to his place and he's in his garage learning how to weld because he didn't know how!

Yeah MIG is so easy point and shoot, TIG is pretty hard to co-ordinate, need my friend to teach me, he is a welding master (he does it for a job)
