Put 93 octane with 10% ethanol in the M3, get 25.1mpg driving normally.

Put 91 octane that's pure gasoline in after, get 26.2mpg driving normally.

Makes sense actually you need more fore because ethanol doesnt pack as much energy.

I expected a gain of about 10%, based on the energy stored in the two different fuels.

I did do a little asshole driving on the way to the hospital last wednesday, and I did take a friend for a ride last night. That may not have helped the outcome.

Capitol hill is crazy overpriced, that's the million+ dollar neighborhoods. Seatac isn't too bad you can still get a good house for the 240-300k range. A bunch less if it's a foreclosure or a fixer upper.
