Yeah, it just started raining here.

Went and looked at a house this morning I was really amped about. Turns out the basement was a mess (flooded years ago) and it needs a roof as it's leaking around the chimney. Plus my car got stuck in the driveway, straight bottomed out the frame rails and rockers.

There is another house I looked at about a month ago I am going to go look at again with my parents this weekend hopefully. The whole foundation has been sealed with this special sealer paint, it has new windows, siding, roof, and other exterior stuff, but the inside is just really dated. It needs a kitchen, but I could do that later. The seller has come down in price, so depending on what my parents think of it, I think I might throw in a lowballish offer to see what happens.

It also has a really nice, new, big, 1 bay garage.
