I had a Tamiya TL-01E with the F150 Lightning body wenn i was a kid.

Really liked it, never broke it, only fried the e-motor controller a few times.
But that was proberly me, 5-6 hours continuously use every day does that...

Still have it too, haved done enything RC related in a few years tho...

someone else suggested Tamiya to me too, i was stoked till i looked em up and the cheapest one was $170. im tryin to buy gifts for all 6 nieces and nephews, cant afford getting em all gifts over $100.
