i sold my first one when i chickened out cutting into it. now i keep looking back and wish i had. so been on the lookout for another cheap one i wouldnt mind tearing into, but the prices on them have also shot up, so i havent been able to find one

this one is already a mess, and the price is right. it just happens to be a stone's throw from the canadian border

All the plumbing is done, subflooring going back in and fixed some holes in the roof.

Yeah, that they are. We're going every night next week to remove the wallpaper so we can get the walls and ceiling refinished.

Jennifer if working the wedding, so I get a paid hotel room in Napa to bum around in.

you've added wallpaper remover to the water right? helps it release the adhesive. i put that chem in a weed sprayer bottle and sprayed the walls, then peeled
