Not much, you know how it is.., shit snowballes into bigger shit and stuff.

Close to "finished" now, just brakes.
Bleed them, while doing so i realised i wouldn't get it road legal with how worn they are.
So just replace them? Nah, to easy. You upgrade.

Nothing fancy, just 286mm instead of 256mm rotors and assosiated calipers.
True "bolt on" since they are from the same car lol.

Wiring a few lights and a fan.
Maybe i get it road legal/approved next weekend.

No big news no.., if you can spare some motivation, fell free to send some.

Plan was/is daily. Preformence? Well, i'd like to get 150 hp to the tires out of it, has 115hp to the crank stock.
Sentiment, i'm a cancer... that should tell you enough... (not into that, but it's true)

Don't you owe R/T a burnout, or did the distributor not work out?

well you've had that thing for as long as ive seen you on here and i think i been on here for years... so if you're getting it moving this weekend, i would hope you were excited!

you better be excited damn it, putting that much time into something.

so i ordered the distributor, it came in yesterday. i flip it over, and see it is pin-drive. i needed spline, and specifically ordered spline. so i emailed the guy. he apologized and said the spline-driven one was shipped out that day. so.... im still waiting.

                  maybe next weekend...

                  • We 've been here the same time lol, it has been dowm since mid '17 when i fried the transmission.

And i guess i didn't phrase that well, I am excited, i put my pride and joy into it.
What's most discouraging is the circumstances i work on the car. I want a shop to whatever and whenever i fucking please.

I made the garage somewhat decent, but is my convertible is stored there, still a work in progress.
I did more to it in the last few weeks since a long time, it's getting there.

                    I promise.

The distributor thing sucks, next weekend it is.

Also i fond these, little less aggasive but decent.

oh ok, good. yeah, the shop thing is important. i have a 1-car garage, and still prefer taking it to the shop where i did most of the build to do anything

i own like 2 screwdrivers and 3 wrenches myself. and a hammer.

those wheels are pretty nice! didnt do the math but still probably out of my $1500-$2000 usd range

anyway im out for the weekend, good luck with the opel!
