Yes sir, it has no lights, no radio/hvac, no center console, no carpet, the list goes on. Rotors are there but no calipers. BUT, there's also no gaping holes in the floorboards, the jack points aren't Swiss cheese and it still has rocker panels. So it's much better off than the black car. I'll be taking the black carpet/leather and swapping it over eventually, but for now I need it to run/move/stop under it's own power. 328i sedan, unsure of year. Comes with two sets of oem wheels and some random eBay stuff (one piece headlights in black and in chrome and other junk) plus a good portion of the stock tan interior, and a roof rack.

Edit: all for $300, not too bad considering what people want just for the 15" style 32s around here
