Really don't think my IE headphones are doing as good of a job of attenuation as my earplugs are. Ears have been ringing all morning

I need a better set of earphones. If I'm not super careful when I put my helmet on, the headphones will come out of my ears just enough to whistle like crazy when I'm at speed. It sucks.

I really wish I could've kept riding. But I had to get home to the dog.
